What to know
- Extra tours are optional and not mandatory for participants. Passengers who do not wish to participate in the extra tours organized during the trip are considered to have agreed to wait at a convenient rest area along the route.
- Triple rooms are provided based on hotel availability, and the bed assigned to the 3rd person in these types of rooms is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Since the extra beds are foldable and referred to as coach beds, the tour participant agrees to accept any potential tightness and bed types in the rooms for 3rd person and/or child reservations. Child discounts apply to one child who meets the age group criteria accompanying 2 adults.
- The passport police require a minimum validity of 6 months for all passport types (Ordinary, Special Official, Service, Diplomatic) regardless of whether they belong to Turkish citizens or foreign nationals with a valid visa, when departing from Turkey's customs. Therefore, passports with less than 6 months validity are not approved by our agency.
- For all customs exits, it is necessary to be present at the relevant port 3 hours before the tour departure time on the day of departure. Especially guests coming to the port or airport from other cities via domestic flight must adjust their flight times according to the time they need to be at the port.
