• Travel insurance package (provides reimbursement for guests who cannot join the tour due to visa rejection or health issues, up to the tour fee. A 20% deductible will be applied by the insurance company on the total amount. Covers many additional protections including loss, damage, or theft of luggage. Cancellation coverage is limited to 3000 Euro per person for the tour fee.)

• A valid passport that has at least 6 months of validity remaining and is in good condition is required for the visa. (You can learn about the required documents from your agency.) 
• Your passport must reach our office at least 30 days before the start date of the tour. There must be at least 2 blank visa pages in the passport.
• Your passport must not be torn or worn out.
• In order to participate in the tour, your passport must be valid for a minimum of 6 months beyond the end date of the tour.
