• Triple rooms are subject to availability at hotels, and in these types of rooms, the bed allocated for the 3rd person is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Extra beds are composed of what are called sofa beds and folding beds, so the tour participant acknowledges that they accept the possibility of tightness in the rooms and the bed type for 3rd person and/or child reservations. Child discounts apply for one child who meets the age criteria staying with 2 adults.
• Breakfasts served at the hotel, included in the tour program, are generally presented as a limited menu consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee, suitable for the breakfast culture of the country visited, and may be served in a separate room assigned for the group.
• Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are organized for a general introduction to the cities and are made by vehicle with a guide's narration from within the vehicle, lasting a maximum of 2-3 hours and do not include museum or archaeological site entrance fees. Panoramic tours, along with other tours specified in the program, will not be the responsibility of Asres Tour in cases where access or entry is not permitted by local authorities, or if the tours cannot be conducted due to closed roads caused by any event, or due to weather conditions that make it impossible to carry out the tour. Some tours may be conducted by public transport or on foot where roads are closed or vehicle access is not allowed, within available options.

• During the trip, it is advisable to prefer comfortable walking shoes or sports shoes. It is also beneficial to bring a cardigan or similar clothing for the night.
