• Travel insurance package (Provides reimbursement of the tour cost for guests who encounter visa denial or cannot participate in the tour due to health issues. A 20% deductible is applied by the insurance company on the total amount. It covers various additional coverage from luggage loss, damage, theft, and more. Cancellation coverage is limited to 3000 Euros per person for the tour cost.)

• A valid passport that has at least 6 months of validity remaining and is in good condition is required for the visa. (You can learn about the required documents from your agency.) 
• Your passport must reach our office at least 30 days before the start date of the tour. There must be at least 2 blank visa pages in the passport.
• Your passport must not be torn or worn out.
• In order to participate in the tour, your passport must be valid for a minimum of 6 months beyond the end date of the tour.
