• Extra tours are optional and not mandatory for participants. Passengers who do not wish to participate in extra tours organized during the trip are considered to have agreed to wait at an available rest area along the way.
• Triple rooms are provided according to hotel availability, and the bed allocated to the third person in these rooms is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Since the extra beds are fold-away and coach bed types, the third party and/or child in the reservation are considered to have accepted the potential cramped space and bed type in the rooms. Child discounts are valid for one child staying with 2 adults and within the applicable age group.
• The passport police, when exiting Turkey's customs, require all passport types (Ordinary, Special Stamped, Service Stamped, Diplomatic) to have a minimum validity of 6 months from the travel date, even if the passenger is a Turkish citizen or a foreign national, or even if the passport holds a valid visa. Therefore, our agency does not approve passports with less than 6 months validity.
• For all international departures requiring customs clearance, it is mandatory to be at the respective port 3 hours prior to the tour's departure time on the day of departure. Especially for guests arriving at the port or airport via domestic flights from other cities, they should schedule their flights according to the required time to be at the port.
